Shaiphali is a commerce graduate from Jodhpur University. She has been an active volunteer at Omnio Future for the last two years, where she was involved with helping pregnant women and prenatal/perinatal children. She has been trained by Shivanetra Trust in infant education and general guidelines of education. She has been intensively trained on Infant Education and subconscious development of Early learners.

Shaiphali is a member of Association for Prenatal and Perinatal Psychology and Health (APPPAH) – an organization that educates professionals and the public, worldwide, that a baby’s experience of conception, pregnancy, and birth creates lifelong consequences for individuals, families, and society. As a result of scientific discoveries and continually emerging evidence, we know babies are conscious and sentient beings.

Shaiphali is also undergoing the Pre-Natal and Peri-Natal Educator (PPNE) Certificate Program course from APPPAH.


Psychological Counselor, Temple of Excellence

Ishita is currently practicing as a Behavioral Counselor and Hypnotherapist at The Reach Clinic, Koramangala –  a leading Psychiatric clinic in Bangalore, catering chiefly to children. She has done her post-graduation in Psychological Counselling.

Ishita is also a Hypnotherapist ( Trained and Certified by Banyan Institute of Hypnotherapy, Los Angeles, USA), trainer of Transactional Analysis, and certified Psych-K therapist. Ishita has a long career of 23 years in Counselling practice and 11 years of practice in Hypnotherapy.  She has worked in hospitals, educational institutions (such as Indus International School) and corporates such as Health Scribe and Only Group.

Ishita has been a certified teacher of IB (International Baccalaureate) in the Psychology Department at Indus International school in Bangalore. Ishita has developed and trained other IB teachers at Indus International on ‘How to Handle children with ADHD, ADD and various learning disorders’. Ishita has been part of the faculty for Special Needs children at Indus.

Ishita has been interviewed extensively, by newspapers such as The Times of India, Deccan Herald, The Asian Age and DNA. An article by Ishita on “Safety of Girl Children” has been published in the leading educational magazine “Mentor”. She has appeared recently in a live discourse on phobias at Prasar Bharathi Radio.

She has developed various workshops on relevant issues like Gender Sensitization, Stress Management –  for CBSE schools as part of the CCE program. She has been a trainer of ‘Effective Communication’, a workshop developed by her on the basis of Transactional Analysis. She has been a Plenary speaker in a conference on Alzheimer disease, organized by the Banjara Academy, Bangalore.

Ishita is a spiritually oriented person with an open and unbiased view. Ishita believes that only love is the real thing.



Preconception and Prenatal Consultant, Temple of Excellence

Shivakumar Belavadi,  fondly called Babaji, is one of the mentors in Omnio Future. He is the Founder Trustee of Shivanetra Trust and Omnio Future organisations.

He is a full time Prenatal Educator and Counsellor. Many pregnant couples, parents, children and adults have attended seminars and programmes conducted by him.

Babaji has been associated with the foundation and activities which are inspired by the Shivanetra lineage. He has been associated with the corporate world before beginning his journey with Shivanetra and Omnio Future movements. He is a member of APPPAH [Association for Prenatal and Perinatal Psychology and Health]

Babaji has successfully completed the Pre-Natal and Peri-Natal Educator (PPNE) Certificate Program course from APPPAH.

Babaji is the author of Books on Prenatal Sciences and “Aparajita – Undefeatable Power of Gurukulam”. 

He is a Jyothisha Acharya ; Practitioner and Mentor for Shakta Jyothisha.

Babaji has developed the Lahari Methodology for remediation, fostering peace, tranquillity and prosperity.

Babaji has formulated a Unique Academic and Career Planning Module for Students.

In his Corporate responsibilities :

He is currently a Member of the Insurance Advisory Committee of IRDAI – The Apex Insurance Regulatory body  for India. He is also Chief Administrative Officer of United Healthcare Parekh TPA , Mumbai.

He is the former CEO of United Healthcare India , Paramount Health Services and the Group Companies, TTK Healthcare , MediAssist.

He served in senior positions in multinationals like MetLife India, Tata AIG General Insurance Company, Swiss Re Healthcare Services

He served as an active member on committees of trade bodies like CII and  FICCI.

Babaji graduated with B.Com (Hons), LLB and  Fellow of the Chartered Insurance Institute, London and Insurance Institute of India.


Science & Education Consultant, Temple of Excellence

Tapas is a B.Tech (Hons.) in Electronics & Electrical Communication Engineering from I.I.T. Kharagpur (1982), and  M.S. in Computer Engineering from University of Notre Dame, USA. He is currently retired from his Corporate Career of 24 years in the field of VLSI Chip Design (IT Hardware) and Corporate Management. He is currently dedicated to the cause of organizations such as Shivanetra Trust and Temple of Excellence.

In his Corporate career, Tapas spent 10 years in the USA in companies such as Intel Corporation, Sun Microsystems and LSI Logic Corp, and 14 years in India (Wipro, Intel, KPIT Cummins) designing Microprocessors and Networking silicon Chips of very high complexity. He has been a pioneer of the Chip design industry in India, helping start complex chip design at Wipro in Bangalore since 1994. Tapas has 4 US Patents to his credit, a ‘Best Architect’ Award at the International Conference on Computer Design (ICCD 1989 Boston, USA) for microprocessor design, and a number of Best employee awards. Tapas has authored several publications in International technical journals on chip design. He retired as VP and GM of the Infosystems Division of KPIT Cummins Ltd, a multi-national.

Tapas has been spiritually oriented since college days and has published articles and organized seminars in the USA on Swami Vivekananda and his contributions to India and the world. Tapas had spent about five years preparing and fund raising for his dream project – an International film produced from Hollywood on Swami Vivekananda. He has written a full-fledged script after doing major research on the life of Swami Vivekananda in the West during the 1890s.

Since the last twenty years, Tapas has been interested in the convergence of Science and Spirituality. He has been attending conferences on Consciousness Studies and closely studying multi-disciplinary Science subjects – both in physical and biological sciences areas.

Tapas has been attending “Science and Nonduality (SAND)” Conferences in USA and Europe since 2014,  and has presented a paper at SAND 2014. He has also attended “The Science of Consciousness” (TSC) – the prime International conference on Consciousness Research, since 2015. Tapas will present on the topic of “Panchakoshas” at the TSC 2017, in San Diego, USA. Tapas has also been attending NIAS (National Institute of Advanced Studies) International Consciousness Conferences in Bangalore since 1997.

Tapas has been an active volunteer since 2008, of two charitable organizations (NGOs) in Bangalore – Swami Vivekananda Youth Movement (SVYM) and Prerana Trust.

At SVYM he was the project manager for the ‘Prema Vidya’ project, which developed 64 DVDs containing educational material for classes 8, 9, and 10 for the SSLC Board syllabus, Karnataka, in English and Kannada. Sponsored by Dell Inc. CSR over three years, this project developed supplementary educational material for the sciences, social studies and maths and english in an interactive video format to be distributed freely to all Government High Schools in Karnataka.

At Prerana, Tapas helped in everyday activities of fund raising and selecting and distributing the funds annually as scholarships among 600+ merited but low-income group children, for their complete college education. As part of this role, he had mentored many college children, specially Engineering and science students – who otherwise have no academic help at home. Tapas had also helped extend this scholarship service to four taluks around Bangalore – amongst merited village children, supported by CapGemini Corporation.

Tapas is a member of Shivanetra Trust and closely associated with its activities. He has been trained extensively in the spiritual and educational philosophies of Shivanetra Trust.
